A teacher, or someone in a school office, small business person, etc. The ones with the tab written on them can be reused by someone if they turn them inside out; good as new! Yay, it was great and reaffirmed what I do/did. Now for the important question! I am cleaning out my office (home) and retiring. I have taken 4 car trunkloads of paper to recycling and two trips to Good Will (more to go). WHat do I do with all those empty file folders? Half are new and half have titles written on them.
