I am writing on behalf of Cibolo Green Elementary PTA. The Cibolo Green Elementary School PTA is dedicated to supporting the educational and developmental needs of our children. This year we are hosting our First Annual “Fall Into Fun” Cibolo Green Elementary Celebration on October 21, 2011. As part of the festival we are hosting our first annual Silent Auction to raise funds for our school. Fund raising efforts will help sponsor student field trips, provide equipment for different departments and enhance the schools programs to name a few.
We are contacting businesses and individuals to request donations of products and services to be featured in our Silent Auction. Your contributions will be displayed at the school festival and will also be recognized in the school’s newsletter.
Cibolo Green PTA is a 501 (c) 3 organization and our tax identification number is 12724225490.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you could offer and ask that you contact me with any questions or to make arrangements to secure you items. Without the generosity of sponsors like you, this event and the programs it supports for our children simply would not be possible.

We met at Castle Hills WOmens club meeting – you were spectacular (this coming from another teacher).
I wanted to share with you: the furniture place I mentioned on Blanco is called Furniture For a Cause and is located south of Nimitz Middle School.
Also, I have upteen manila folders -slightly used – what or where can I disponse of them – I have been working on emptying them and recently emptied 20+ notebooks with teaching stuff in them.
I have recycled the notebooks to others, but am stuck with file folders, some hanging.

Ellen, so great to hear from you. Thank you for the compliment; much appreciated! I have heard of Furniture for a Cause, but have never been there. Thank you so much for that reference; will add it to my book of references. As far as the folders go, hooray for you!! My first thought is to take them up to a school, as teachers can use them for files, or the manilla folders in an art center, etc. As a last resort, I would take them off your hands, as we are always using and reusing file folders as we organize photos for clients.
